Suitable Jobs and Desired Enterprises at the “Job Fair”.

On the morning of 27 July 2022, the Center of Student Admissions and Public Relations, in coordination with five faculties, organized the “Job Fair” – Job Fair 2022 at Hall A301 – Campus 1 – Lac Hong University, with the participation of 50 enterprises operating in various fields of production and business. More than 400 students of the University attended the event. This was a highly meaningful activity that provided students with opportunities to connect with numerous employers and find suitable jobs.

Recognizing the employment needs of students after graduation, Lac Hong University is currently cooperating with more than 800 enterprises both inside and outside the province to closely link training programs with practical requirements. In addition, students are supported by enterprises in professional skills training, field trips, internships, and are given priority for recruitment immediately after graduation.

The program aimed to create favorable conditions for students to directly meet employers, enhance their confidence and competence, and quickly find suitable employment after graduation. At the same time, it enabled employers to access a young workforce that has been and is being trained by Lac Hong University, thereby identifying appropriate recruitment strategies and selecting personnel in accordance with their requirements. Students no longer need to search for enterprises on their own; at the “Job Fair,” enterprises directly conducted interviews and directly selected qualified students who met recruitment requirements. Employment opportunities were within reach, with the remaining factor depending on the students’ competence and responsibility after graduation.

At the “Job Fair” of the 2022 academic year, FAIE connected with 10 enterprises participating in recruitment activities. During the event, FAIE also signed cooperation agreements with two enterprises:

1. Chang Group Joint Stock Company

2. Yuanta Vietnam Securities Company Limited

In addition, 150 students from FAIE attended and directly participated in interviews with enterprises, with the desire to find part-time jobs aligned with their majors, as well as stable and desirable employment after graduation.

Within the framework of the Job Fair, students were free to choose enterprises and apply for positions of their interest. Furthermore, throughout the exchange and interview process, students enhanced their interview and job application skills, receiving enthusiastic sharing, orientation, and guidance on necessary procedures for submitting CVs from participating organizations and units. Moreover, students also received lovely gifts from enterprises.
