In the context of technology reshaping every sector, digital banking is no longer merely a trend but has become a revolution in modern financial governance thinking. Recognizing its importance, The Faculty of Administration International Economics, Lac Hong University successfully organized a talk show entitled “Digital Banking Governance Strategy,” providing students with a valuable opportunity to access the most practical knowledge.
The sharing session served as a meaningful bridge between theory and practice with the participation of distinguished experts:
From The Faculty of Administration International Economics: PhD Nguyen Van Tan – Dean, who provided in-depth academic perspectives on the overall landscape of digital transformation in the banking sector today and in the future.

From the enterprise sector: Mr. Tran Van Thang – Director of Viet Capital Bank – Bien Hoa Branch. In his dual role as an alumnus of the Business Administration program and a member of the Faculty’s Industry Advisory Board (IAB), Mr. Thang shared invaluable hands-on experience in formulating and implementing digital banking strategies within enterprises.

Through in-depth analyses and practical case stories from both speakers, students gained a clearer understanding of:
How technology is reshaping traditional banking models.
The roles, challenges, and essential skills required of managers in leading organizations to adapt, innovate, and achieve breakthroughs in the Industry 4.0 era.
The talk show not only successfully updated specialized knowledge but also strongly inspired students in their learning and career orientation. It also provided an opportunity for students to directly ask questions, connect, and learn from experts currently working in the industry.

The event once again affirmed the commitment of The Faculty of Administration International Economics to continuous innovation and strengthening enterprise linkages, helping students narrow the gap between the lecture hall and the labor market.
